This policy describes how TI Segura Unipessoal, Lda. (being incorporated) (“TI Segura”, “we”) processes the personal data it collects through the tisegura.pt website, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you provide voluntarily in the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), subject and the message content. We also keep minimal technical data needed to run and secure the service (for example, server logs with an IP address), for as long as strictly necessary.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to your enquiry — pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Site security — legitimate interest in preventing abuse and protecting the infrastructure (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
4. Retention
We keep contact messages only for as long as needed to handle your request and, where applicable, to meet legal obligations. Technical security logs are kept for short periods and then deleted or anonymised.
5. Processors and transfers
The site is hosted on infrastructure within the European Union. Email is relayed through an email-sending provider acting as a processor, under a contract compliant with Art. 28 GDPR. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
